INGREDIENTS:
* ¼ cup dry white wine or apple juice * ½ cup
water * 4 chicken breast fillets
Tomato Sauce:

chopped 2 large tomatoes * 1 medium onion, cut into julienne
* 2 chicken bouillon cubes
crumbled 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves 2 tablespoons
parsley * ½ cup chopped
water PREPARATION:
1 .- Mix wine and water in a large saucepan.
2 .- Boil fifteen minutes on high heat, uncovered. Add the chicken and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
3 .- Drain the chicken.
4 .- Serve with tomato sauce.
