Salmon with pesto and gnocchi
4 salmon loins
Arugula Pesto and nuts
100 gr. potato gnocchi
1 shallot
Nutmeg
225 gr. evaporated milk
50 gr. Parmesan cheese
Rucalan
ground pepper Salt
olive oil
First prepared pesto arugula and hazelnuts and set aside. Cook the gnocchi
Mince the shallot
